Troop 83 offers a variety of outdoor activities and camping trips to challenge and excite any youth. Our focus on community involvement and weekly meetings provides a strong foundation for learning and personal growth.
Camping
Whether you are an experienced camper or brand new to the great outdoors, Troop 83 has a camping experience for you! We camp all year round and several of our weekend outings have a theme. Summer camp is our most popular outing. We provide tents and additional supplies to new members when needed.

Meetings
We believe that weekly meetings are the cornerstone of our organization. It provides continuity for the troop, ensuring that all members can stay in touch and up-to-date with troop activities. Our meetings comprise of planning for upcoming events, learning new and valuable skills, and working towards individual advancement requirements. We offer an encouraging and supportive environment where all scouts feel valued and challenged.
Community & Events
We value commitment to service and community involvement. We are passionate about serving our community in any way possible, from volunteer opportunities to community outreach programs. In addition, we also participate in various adventure sports and activities such as hiking, biking, climbing, kayaking and gaming. Our team is comprised of dedicated and experienced individuals eager to provide the best possible experience to all who join us on our adventures.
